Here's another version of the Bad Penny pattern in Knitty, which is a very adaptable pattern, if you do some simple calculations for gauge and collar width.

I did the sleeves separate and grafted them on. This was my first grafting experience, and it's completely botched. I still wear this though, if I'm in the mood for bright clothes.
